Our school canteen was built in 1985. It is located a few metres away from the front gate, where there’s a path leading from the gate to the canteen. The canteen can also be accessed through the main building where is a covered path to the canteen for those rainy days. The canteen is into two places, namely the main part and a extension.

The canteen provides a mouth - watering variety of food and snacks such as chee cheong fun (a dish of flat noodles with a special mushroom or curry gravy),nasi lemak (rice cooked with coconut milk and served with curry chicken or beef, nuts and anchovies -a Malaysian delicacy), lam mee (noodles with gravy), porridge, curry noodles, soup noodles, fruits, jelly, burgers, hot dogs, fish and chicken cocktails, fried chicken, chips and nuts, just to name a few. They also sell drinks like red bean, soft drinks, milo (sort of like a diluted hot chocolate), coffee, teh tarik (a drink made with coffee, condensed milk and milo -also a Malaysian favourite), syrup and packet drinks.
I guess that’s all I can say about the school canteen but one thing’s for sure, it truly is a student food - lover’s paradise.
